Changing and canceling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount ( banking fee + administration fee )

= 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

= 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.

If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.

If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID or to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , otherwise no cancellation will  We do not accept Cancellations over Phone

In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.

Any Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance.

 

How about the Credit Cards Refunds?

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

 

Can you move/change booking to another date?

you cannot move an existing booking.
